Bits and tangents on geek life

About

My name is Stephen Tudor. Obvious fact #1.

Thanks for dropping by my humble blog, I really appreciate it.

This weblog is about the web: web design, web development, and web culture. Broad topic, yes, but there’s ample time to focus in on something more specific after I have a handful of posts under my belt. I don’t know where this boat is headed, or how far it’ll get.

Here are some fun facts about your author.

  • I make websites for a living, but sadly, I spend precious little time on my own site.
  • I live in Pennsylvania with my wife, Sarah, and two cats.
  • You can call me Steve if you want to. Typically, my family members and loved ones call me Stephen. Either is fine.
  • I play guitar. I’m not great, but I like to think I can hang with my other guitar-playing friends. I can’t, though.
  • I subscribe to about 100 RSS feeds, which is far, far too many.
  • I totally geek out over board games (family strategy, mostly).

Say hello!

The mighty interwebs of the present day allow us a myriad of options for getting in touch with one another. There would be no excuse for not doing it, if not for the vast number of possible connections to be made on the good Internets. Don’t worry, the sheer volume of people in cyberspace sometimes spooks me, too.

I am on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, del.icio.us, Flickr, and Last.fm. I also have a tumblog to catch the grainier bits from my thoughtstream.

As for email, that’s really complicated. Ready? Take my first and last initials, put them together, add an AT symbol, and tack on my domain name. That’s my email address.

One of these days, I’ll set up a fancy-shmancy contact form, but until then, you’ll have to decipher the incredibly involved directions I just gave you.
